Kulture Lab, the independent record label that I co-founded in 2018, has been a manifestation of my growth and development as a Multimedia Artist. At Kulture Lab, our philosophy has always remained the same: promoting diversity and selecting artists and projects that positively benefit society.

FREAKUENCY FESTIVAL

One particularly meaningful project to me was FREAKUENCY Festival, a VR online festival that hosted 24 hours of music over 3 days from artists within our community and beyond. The project was created to raise funds and awareness for The Rape Crisis Cape Town Trust, a local NGO providing rape survivors and communities with support, access to justice and counselling. As the project manager, I was directly responsible for all the phases of the festival. From 3D/VR design to video production and mastering the compilation. This was an exhilarating experience that showed me that I am capable of planning and executing large-scale projects.

DJ Mixes and Radio Shows

I conceptualized and developed radio shows, coordinating over 100 DJ invites, showcasing diverse talent, and curating engaging content that resonates with our community. To complement these shows, I also designed most of the artworks for the radio invites, creating visually appealing promotions that capture the essence of each mix.

Mixing & Mastering

As a seasoned audio engineer and producer, I've had the privilege of Mixing and Mastering releases for Kulture Lab. Notable works include the 28-track Freakuency compilation and Silver October's Athoth EP, among others.

Video Content

I've developed a wide range of visual content to promote the label's events, shows, and releases. This includes creating video promotional such as live VJ sets, long-form videos for our 'Delectables' Twitch show, and engaging Instagram videos.

3D Content

3D artist and animator for Kulture Lab, creating immersive experiences through dynamic visuals. Notable projects include a VR music festival built in Blender, 3D-enhanced artworks, and animated promo videos.

Music Releases

Under my aliases tipp.exe, Fear & Self Loathing (with Daniel Barnes), and Dichotomi (with Kian Rowe), I've crafted tracks in the realms of Footwork, Bass, Jungle and Breakcore including my solo EP, MIDNIGHT_CIRCUITRY.
